Cerp Bretagne Nord is a French pharmaceutical wholesaler registered to the French Ministry of Health under number 503.
The company was created during year 1938 by pharmacists. The purpose was to deliver to the local pharmacies all the products which were authorized on the market.
Cerp Bretagne Nord is a cooperative and detains more than 25 000 different products coming from about 700 laboratories.

1) French market:
- Cerp Bretagne Nord belongs to the national association CERP France which is a group of cooperatives. Cerp Bretagne Nord detains more than 55% of the local market in Brittany.
- The turn over for year 2002 is over 528 000 000,00 euros.

2) Export market:
Considering the fact that the level of the margins was degressing on the French market, Cerp Bretagne Nord decided to diversify her activities and created an export department in 1992. The yearly export turn over for 2002 was 155 221 000,00 Euros.

A specific sub-company was created in 1998, named M.E.X, which is registered to the French Ministry of Health under number GR.98/35.

This activity consists in 4 activities:
- Export in Europe
- Export to the French speaking countries which are used to French pharmaceuticals where we deliver products in small quantities (retailed orders) to pharmacies within 72 hours.
- Export of important quantities to regular registered wholesalers in their countries.
- Custom stock for the products in transit in France.

Because we are a regular pharmaceutical exporter we guaranty the quality and origin of all the products we export.
